Trauma Release Practitioner | Yoga Teacher | Massage & Reiki Therapist
For much of my life, I lived in survival mode - disconnected from my body, constantly on alert, and unsure how to truly rest. It wasn’t until I began exploring body-based healing that I started to understand what my nervous system had been trying to tell me all along: that safety, connection, and ease weren’t things I had to earn, they were things I could come home to.
Over the past decade, this journey has led me to study and weave together the science of polyvagal theory with the embodied wisdom of somatic movement, trauma-informed yoga, massage therapy, and reiki energy healing. Each practice became a way of listening - of learning how the body speaks, releases, and restores balance when given the chance.
Now, I help others do the same: to reconnect with their bodies, release what’s been held for too long, and rediscover their innate capacity for healing and vitality. My work is grounded in compassion and curiosity, always honouring that healing happens when we feel safe, supported, and seen.
