Drawing from over 10 years of my own experience in body-based healing, I integrate the science of polyvagal theory with the wisdom of movement therapy, trauma-informed yoga, massage, and reiki energy healing. My approach is deeply compassionate, intuitive, and rooted in the understanding that healing happens when we feel safe, supported, and seen.
